The solid white you’re seeing is called crystallisation — and don’t worry, it’s completely natural! This happens when CBD molecules separate from the carrier oil and start to clump together, usually because of cold temperatures. That’s why we always recommend keeping your CBD oil stored at room temperature.

When this happens, the oil can look a little cloudy or show white flakes or small lumps. It’s nothing harmful — just the CBD returning to its natural form. All of our products are made fresh in a temperature-controlled facility, but unfortunately, we can’t control how cold it gets in delivery vans or depots during the winter months, when this is most likely to occur.

The good news is that the CBD isn’t damaged at all, and the crystals can easily be melted back into the oil. You can do this by:

  • Running the bottle under warm water,

  • Placing it in a Ziplock bag and submerging it in hot water, or

  • Gently warming it on the hob for a short time.

This will bring the oil back to a smooth, clear liquid. If that doesn’t work (though it usually does), we’re happy to replace the product, but please note that we can’t guarantee it won’t crystallise again during shipping.

Crystallisation is actually a sign of high-quality, pure CBD — it’s more likely to happen with purer formulas because they contain fewer other compounds to keep the oil in a liquid state.

We offer oils in six strengths: 5%, 10%, 20%, 30%, 40% and 50%. Each bottle is 30ml, but the label shows the amount per 10ml. For example, if you order our 20% (6000mg) oil, the label will read 20% (2000mg). Don’t worry — that’s correct! The full bottle contains three times the labelled amount. Rest assured, you’ve received the correct strength, and this is explained on all our product pages.

If you place an order before 3pm Monday to Thursday, it should arrive the next working day before 6pm. Orders placed after 3pm on Thursday and dispatched on Friday may arrive on Saturday or Monday, depending on your location and whether FedEx delivers to your area on Saturdays.

We’re closed on weekends, and FedEx does not collect during this time, so orders placed after 3pm on Friday will be dispatched the next working day, usually Monday (unless it’s a bank holiday).

Please note that delivery times are estimates, and while we aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible, occasional delays can happen. Thank you for your understanding!

At the moment, we’re unable to offer PayPal, Klarna, or Clearpay as payment options for CBD products. These providers classify CBD as a ‘high-risk’ or ‘drug-related’ product, and using their platforms for CBD sales can result in accounts being restricted. We understand this can be inconvenient, and we truly appreciate your understanding. As soon as the providers update their policies, we hope to be able to offer these payment options to our customers

While our payment provider does accept American Express (Amex), unfortunately Amex doesn’t currently allow payments for CBD products. This means we’re unable to accept Amex at the moment. The good news is that Amex has indicated this may change in 2026, and we’ll be happy to offer it as a payment option as soon as it becomes available. We really appreciate your understanding!

While we don’t have a retail shop, you’re very welcome to visit our office at 7a Colin Road, Scunthorpe, DN16 1TT to purchase products in person. As we’re mainly an online business, we don’t have a card machine on site, so we kindly ask that payments are made in cash. If that’s not convenient, we’re happy to set up a secure payment link for card payments—just let us know!

CBD is safe for most adults, but we recommend checking with a healthcare professional if you:

  • Are pregnant or breastfeeding

  • Are under 18

  • Take prescription medications

  • Have liver problems

  • Are allergic to hemp or cannabis products

If you’re unsure, it’s always best to get advice from your doctor—your safety is important to us!

  • Full-Spectrum: Includes CBD plus other natural hemp compounds, with a tiny amount of THC.

  • Broad-Spectrum: Includes CBD and other hemp compounds, but no THC.

  • CBD Isolate: Just pure CBD—no other compounds at all.

It’s a simple way to choose the type that works best for you!

We recommend starting small—around 5–10mg a day—and seeing how you feel. If needed, you can slowly increase the amount until you find what works best for you. Everyone’s different, so listen to your body and go at your own pace!

CBD stands for Cannabidiol.

It’s one of the natural compounds found in the hemp plant and is commonly used for wellness purposes, such as supporting relaxation, sleep, and general wellbeing—without the psychoactive effects of THC.

CBD interacts with the endocannabinoid system (ECS) in the human body, which helps regulate functions like sleep, mood, appetite, and immune response. While CBD doesn’t produce a “high” like THC, it can influence receptors in the ECS to support balance and overall wellbeing.

CBD can stay in your system anywhere from 2 to 5 days on average, but it depends on factors like:

  • How much you take and how often

  • Your body weight and metabolism

  • The type of CBD product (oil, gummies, capsules, etc.)

For some people, small traces may last up to a week or more, but effects usually wear off much sooner.

CBD’s relaxing effects can vary, most people begin to feel more relaxed within 30 minutes to 2 hours, depending on the product. Oils and vapes usually work faster, while edibles like gummies can take a bit longer as they’re digested first.

CBD may help support better sleep by promoting relaxation and reducing stress or anxious feelings, which can make it easier to fall asleep. It doesn’t act as a sedative, but many people find it helps improve sleep quality and routines over time.

CBD may help support a calmer mood and reduce feelings of stress or anxiousness. It interacts with the body’s endocannabinoid system, which plays a role in regulating mood. While it’s not a treatment or cure for anxiety, many people find it helpful as part of their overall wellness routine.

While CBD itself shouldn’t cause a positive drug test, some CBD products contain trace amounts of THC. If the THC builds up in your system, it could potentially result in a positive test. Always choose THC-free, broad-spectrum, or isolate CBD products if you need to avoid THC completely.

Yes, CBD is legal in the UK as long as it’s derived from hemp and contains less than 0.3% THC. CBD products sold as supplements must not make medical claims, and they should comply with all UK safety and labelling regulations.

For most adults, taking CBD daily is considered safe, especially when using products from reputable brands. It’s generally well-tolerated, but some people may experience mild side effects like fatigue, changes in appetite, or digestive issues.

It’s always a good idea to start with a low dose and consult a healthcare professional if you take other medications or have any health conditions.

CBD may help support joint comfort and mobility by promoting relaxation and reducing feelings of tension or inflammation. While it’s not a medicine or a cure, many people find it helpful as part of their overall wellness routine for managing everyday joint discomfort.

No, CBD does not cause a high. Unlike THC, the psychoactive compound in cannabis, CBD doesn’t affect your mind or produce intoxicating effects. It’s used for wellness and balance without altering your state of mind.

CBD can help support relaxation, sleep, mood, and overall wellbeing for many people. However, it doesn’t work the same way for everyone, and it’s not a medicine or a cure. Finding the right product and dose, and using it consistently, can help you see the best results.

No, CBD is not considered addictive. It doesn’t produce the psychoactive “high” associated with THC, and research shows it doesn’t lead to dependence or cravings. It’s generally safe for regular use as part of a wellness routine.

A  by the World Health Organization declared that CBD is non-addictive, writing, “In humans, CBD exhibits no effects indicative of any abuse or dependence potential” and that “CBD is well-tolerated and safe for human consumption.”

CBD is perfectly safe for animals and we have a lot of customers who specifically buy for their pets. The truth is the same supplements you take can also be given to your pets. We would just recommend adding the drops of hemp oil to your pet’s food.

If unsure always check with a veterinarian before giving CBD to your pet
